We provide specific promotional materials, templates, and strategies to help you promote your services effectively. This includes access to social media assets and team media campaigns to promote your expertise in your location.

Becoming a MumSafe™ Trainer is simple:
Yes, you must hold a recognised pre and postnatal certification. You can check our list of approved courses to see if yours is registered with us. If you do not hold a pre and postnatal certification yet you can opt to complete one from our list. We do have our in-house certification Safe Return to Exercise that will tick this box for you.
We can help connect you with a local pelvic health physio if you don’t already have a relationship established.
We provide access to webinars, workshops, and educational resources designed to keep you updated on the latest research and best practices in pre and postnatal fitness.
Yes! We accept applications from trainers and instructors across the globe and currently have trainers and instructors in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Dubai and the UK.
No, at MumSafe our mission is to provide safe and effective exercise for mums at every stage of motherhood and across a wide variety of movement types. Currently we have Personal Trainers, CrossFit Coaches, Pilates and Yoga Instructors, Exercise Physiologists and more!
