When I arrive for workouts, I no longer feel like "I HAVE to do this," I feel like "I GET to do this." I have tried various exercise programs over the years, but I never identified with any. That was until I found Move for Mums after the birth of my second daughter. I've always loved moving my body, but I hadn't done anything specific since the birth of my first child. I felt I needed some serious direction and Move for Mums stood out as being a good fit for me. Having the option to bring my baby along has been a huge bonus. I hesitated to join at first, thinking I'd lose motivation after 6 weeks. Rachael has helped me to realise what I am capable of and I feel motivated to keep going on this journey. I've learned correct breathing and posture and how to apply these in functional movements. I've walked away from workouts feeling amazing. Move for Mums is great for mums at all ages and stages. Rachael is hands on and provides individual feedback, ensuring each person is challenged without overdoing it. I encourage other mums to give it a go, especially if you want a program that is good value, fun, social and super child friendly. It's more than just a workout, it's an awesome resource in the "mum village".

"I decided to join Move For Mums to kick-start my journey back into health, and I'm wrapped I did it! I'm an older Mum, but 20 years ago, my now adult children were little and I loved my gym. I lost so much of my mo-jo after having another baby at 42, being a busy single mum and then becoming menopausal. I hestitated to join Move for Mums at first because I worried it would be more suited to younger Mums than me. I was worried I may not keep up and fall into the body comparison trap. I've been welcomed, encouraged and guided, and have been able to participate fully. I have more energy (even cleaning my car more) and my whole body feels more stable. If any older Mums worry if this program is right for them, or if you feel intimidated, I encourage you to send your worries away! You will not only be embraced at Move for Mums, but you will feel more revitalised and more like the self you remember."

Move for Mums is more than just another exercise class. Rach has gone above and beyond to create an inclusive community that not only provides education on safe movement in pregnancy, post partum and beyond, but also offers women addtional support through access to online videos, group chats and social activities. I finally feel confident that I am using to correct form when exercising thanks to Rach's tailored, individual support and look forward to continuing my training with her excellent support. Thanks Rach!

Highly recommend Move for Mums for Mumma’s that are getting back into fitness. Rachel has created a space that goes beyond the usual mums and bubs classes. Rach ensures you are completing all moves safely, she incorporates/adapts movements to allow for you to use the pram or carrier, if needed. Older children are also welcomed into the space which is wonderful & a small play area is set up for older babies. Overall, Rach makes you feel instantly welcome & safe whilst you return to fitness. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Move For Mums!! Rachael is an incredibly competent, professional and friendly trainer who incorporates such wonderful individualisation to these group training fitness sessions. The sessions are so connective to the Pelvic floor as is necessary postpartum, and tailored to any level. As a postpartum professional myself I feel really lucky to have found Move For Mums to be able to recommend to my clients, and to be able to return to movement and excercise so safely myself after the birth of my 4th in such an encouraging environment is so valuable to me. A simply amazing and well prepared program by a simply amazing mama!! 👏 🙌 👌

I joined move for mum’s after my physio recommended I start getting back into weights and functional movements. She suggested I contact Rach and it has been the best recommendation ! Joining move for mums has been the best thing for me and getting moving post baby number 2. From the first conversation, Rach was so very welcoming. She has created a fantastic space where I can exercise with baby (and toddler) in tow - and I have seen my strength and fitness build each week. She meets you on your level every week, pushes you when needed but also gives you space to listen to your body and go at the pace you need. Whilst it can be hectic sometimes with a baby on the move - the netball courts are a great location - Fenced in so kids can’t go far and an easy surface for the kids to crawl, walk, bike around, or just stay in the pram and watch!! I highly recommend Move for Mums! It’s been the best thing for me post baby. I just wish I found it sooner!

I could not rate Rach more highly! I started training with Rach to get back into strength training after having kids and what I got out of it extended far beyond fitness goals. The struggle to find time to exercise, the unpredictability of life with young kids, the pervasive and complicated nature of us millennials and our 90s diet culture trauma - she gets it all! And not only does she get it, she cares. She cares SO DAMN MUCH. Through my conversations with Rach and her endless support, not only have I achieved realistic fitness goals, but I’ve learnt how to be kind to myself and enjoy the privilege of exercising and movement. And don’t even get me started on how knowledgeable she is!
