The Mums and Bubs exercise classes are friendly, welcoming and fun. Each class is varied and you always walk away feeling like you’ve had a good workout. Having instructors that help hold and entertain your bub/toddler while you workout makes life so much easier! I’ve attended these classes after both babies now and can’t thank the TLF team enough for helping me feel like me again after pregnancy and throughout motherhood.

I participated in the “mum & bubs” class and was impressed with Tarryn’s level of care and expertise. She kept the mums moving & the babies settled and it was a great way to exercise in the postpartum period.

Have attended classes over a few months, I love that the classes are always varied, never get bored and have lots of options so I can push myself depending how I feel on the day. Clean, welcoming and friendly environment, Tarryn and staff go above and beyond to get to know thier customers and take the time to talk though any concerns, very supportive environment!

Really enjoyed my first Mum, bubs and tots class! Even with a little wild child to keep an eye on I was still able to get a workout in thanks to Tarryn. Such an easy going, no pressure environment!
