Is Feel Vibrant! Fitness for me?

If any of the following statements resonate with you then the answer is YES!

- I'm trying to get pregnant (naturally or assisted) and want to improve my health & fitness so my body is in the best condition to become pregnant.

- I'm pregnant and want to keep on exercising but a little anxious how to do so, I want a coach who will train me safely and effectively during my pregnancy.

- I've just had a baby and want to get back into exercise with a coach who will help me do so safely and effectively from the inside out to minimise the risk of injury to my pelvic floor and abdominal wall which are still recovering from pregnancy and childbirth.

- I suffer from endometriosis/ adenomyosis / polycystic ovary syndrome and want to train with a coach that understands my condition.

- I'm in my 40's/50's and I just don't feel the same as I used to, I struggle with exercising in the same way I previously have done. I think I may be experiencing the hormonal changes of perimenopause/menopause and want to exercise with a coach that understands where I'm at right now and can help me feel vibrant again.

- My menstrual cycle seems to rule my life and sabotage my efforts to exercise, I'd love a coach that understands and can help train me throughout the high's and low's of the month.

- Motherhood and family life is so full-on and takes all my energy. I know exercise would help me feel better and more energetic but I need a coach that can help me with this while taking into consideration the everyday demands on my energy levels.

- Work leaves me feeling so exhausted it's difficult to motivate myself to exercise. I need a coach that can keep me motivated to train so I can be fit and healthy to stay on top of my job and to enjoy life outside of work.

- Sometimes I leak urine when I laugh/sneeze/cough/exercise. I want a coach I can tell without judgment and who can help me exercise appropriately to help avoid leaking.

- I have abdominal separation and need a coach who can help me regain my core strength without increasing the abdominal separation.

- When I run or exercise I feel a heaviness in my pelvic floor, sometimes it can feel as if I have a tampon in that is falling out. I'd love a coach I can talk to about this who can help me continue exercising without these symptoms worsening.

- I often have a sudden urge to go to the toilet and don't get there in time. I feel I can't exercise in case I have a toilet accident but I don't want this to stop me looking after my health and fitness any longer.
