Beginning her journey in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer at a large gym, she quickly found herself delivering numerous PT sessions and classes each week. Having experienced the changes that occur in our bodies during and after pregnancy with her eldest son, she understood firsthand the challenges of reframing our body image and mindset. This led her to pursue additional education in Pre & Postnatal fitness about a year after obtaining my initial Personal Training certification. She realised that the standard fitness certifications did not adequately cover the needs of this specific demographic, and she wanted to ensure she had the knowledge and expertise to work with them confidently. Fast forward to now, she has a deep-rooted passion for helping women become their healthiest version before and while pregnant, and postnatally helping them reframe the changes to the body and mind whilst rebuilding strength. She continues to expand her education even after 10 years of experience and the birth of her second and third children. Now specialising in Women's health, focusing on Pre & Postnatal and Peri and Menopause.
