Lisa specialises in pre and postnatal fitness for mums, with a mission to provide a supportive environment and educate women about their bodies to effectively reset and rebuild from within. As a mother of two active teenage boys, Lisa understands the physical and mental strength required to be a mum. Body Reset Fitness was created from the realisation that many women feel uncomfortable in traditional gym settings, unsure of where to begin, and need a space where they feel welcomed, comfortable, safe, included, and acknowledged.
Lisa integrates lifestyle factors into her approach, collaborates with allied health professionals, and offers a robust network of support for her clients. She has cultivated an incredible community of women whose primary goals are to feel strong, increase their activity levels, support one another, listen and motivate each other, and enjoy some laughs and fun along the way.
