She has a background in professional sport (Muay Thai) and values feeling strong, mobile and resilient over anything else. Mums take on a lot and feeling mentally strong as well as physically strong is so important for navigating the ups and downs of mum-life with grace.

When training mums her philosophy is not about getting your pre-baby body back, it's about bulletproofing the body you have now to be fitter and stronger than you have ever been, for everything you love doing.

She uses her concepts of Time Smart Training and Family Flexi Nutrition to make fitness accessible and sustainable for busy mums juggling their own health goals with family commitments.
