She has a background in professional sport (Muay Thai) and values feeling strong, mobile and resilient over anything else. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Talia for a really long time. It’s been such a joy watching her flourish as a PT and break into an area of fitness that is often clouded with questionable information and advice. When I fell pregnant with my first baby, despite living in Melbourne, there was no one else I would have turned to for my journey. Talia created an online, personalised pregnancy program which I followed until birth, and I joined FitMums approximately 3 months pp. Fortunately, my ab separation was minor and somehow I got away with only first degree tears, so I have Talia’s program to thank for preparing my body for birth! For both pregnancy and post, Talia has individually tailored my programs and provided ongoing support every day of the week. I was able to do them in the comfort of my own home, with or without equipment. Everything was run through her app which made it super easy. She is always available for questions, adjusts for injuries, schedules meetings, coordinates with other health professionals (eg physio etc), can help with your diet and also runs colabs to help with health habits etc. I think one of the best things about Talia’s women’s fitness is how much she empowers you as mum. She fully recognises how hard it is to look after yourself and does her best to make the programs work for you. Ive worked with Talia for a while beginning with her postpartum core rehab program and more recently did her challenge. While I managed to return to my fitness program postpartum, it did take me some time and I had some stubborn kilos to lose. Talia really helped me to focus and make some small changes to the way i did things to achieve my health and fitness goals. I managed to drop a few kg on her program, finally fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes. She’s so generous with her coaching calls and responds to my messages. She keeps you accountable, checks in regularly, is very personable and helpful and if something isn't working for you or doesn't suit she will happily make suggestions to find what does. The app is a fantastic tool and the workouts easy to understand, short and achievable. I'd love to keep working with Talia indefinitely, the support is second to none and sometimes this is what we need to stay on track. My mindset around food, diet, exercise has changed in a huge way, all for the better. Talia is very understanding and realistic. If you're on the fence, I'd give Talia a go. You won't be disappointed.

Signing up with Talia was the single best decision I made in 2021. Since I had kids 8 years ago I have struggled to find a regular exercise regime that fits into my new life. My old ways of approaching exercise just weren’t working and during the Melbourne lockdowns my inactivity came to an all time low. I started to worry about the long term effects on my health and mobility that not exercising would have, given I had just hit 40. Talia totally understood everything i was saying, as well as my concerns about starting something and not finishing. Even though she ended up being a professional athlete, we share a similar corporate background so I know she gets the challenges of a stressful job in the legal profession, and how big a change having a baby is.
