Toni started in the fitness industry fresh out of high school because of her love of fitness. After a few years working in a female only gym and seeing how many women were punishing themselves with unattainable diets, she went on to study a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition so she could help as many gym members as possible to nourish their bodies, not punish it.
Over the 9 years working at the same gym, Toni enjoyed being trained in various group fitness classes from Pump to Dance aerobics (her favourite) and helping females of all different ages enjoy exercise and moving their bodies, from teaching kids classes to her regular 70-90 year old group class sessions.
After giving birth to her first daughter, Toni discovered she had a prolapse. Although she had previously studied pelvic floor essentials and felt she was confident in her pelvic floor health, she was frustrated that this happened to her. Through partnering with a local pelvic health physio and creating her own return to exercise regime, she was able to slowly get back into teaching her group classes and learning to listen to her body.
At the start of 2022, Toni wanted to create the ideal environment for her clientele, so she started Beautiful + Balanced Bodies. She wanted to create a safe space for all women to attend and feel comfortable and confident moving their bodies. After giving birth to her son in October 2022, Toni joined the Mumsafe team and completed her Safe Return To Exercise. Now running small group PT and 1:1 sessions from her own home studio, Toni continues to further her knowledge in women's health to help as many women as possible to appreciate and nourish their bodies while balancing #mumlife with two toddlers.

CERT III & IV in Fitness
Master Trainer Level 1
SRE Accredited
Bachelor of Health Science: Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine
Training Menopausal & Perimenopausal Women
She is also trained in various group fitness classes such as Spin, Pump, Kids Fitness, Boxing and more.
