Everyday Fit's mission is to help the everyday person be the fittest and healthiest version of themselves. With a special interest in women's health, particularly mums in the pre/ante and post natal stage Christine is passionate about helping these women develop healthy relationships with exercise and enjoy the process. As a mum, Christine knows that exercise can help to balance the stresses that come with parenting. Offering both group fitness and personal training, Christine seeks to provide a space that is welcoming and encouraging even when the days feel like a mess.
